song of the day: 'can't fight this feeling' by reo speedwagon
one day last week matt came home with an reo speedwagon record. i've been rockin' out to it ever since. such a great band. this week is the big walmart shareholders meeting (matt works for walmart by the way) and they are coming to town for a concert. man i want to go see it! we get free tickets to the concerts. a few years ago we took my dad to see the eagles when they came. that was a great time, right there. anyway, i digress, reo speedwagon-great band.
did everyone (in the states) have a great memorial day? mine was strange and unlike any that i've ever had. matt had to go into work to get a video edited for the meeting and was gone most of the day. then we each took turns running when he got home. then i made pizza. pizza? yep, on the biggest grilling holiday of the year. strange. but matt did take pics for me on the roof! and i was able to get some hemming done of thrifted stuff that was just littering the bed of my guest room so it wasn't a total waste of a day.
ok so matt is totally into jumping pictures right now. a lot of them were inappropriate as my dress kept coming up a bit too high but i think this one turned out pretty good.
and i promise to wear different shoes. these are just too comfortable!
