new things in store

6.7
i have talked about the international princess project before and their commitment to rescuing women out of the sex trade. this organization goes into india and buys women out of slavery and gives them a place to stay and teaches them to sew and make pajama pants to sell. well lately, this has been something that is increasingly on my heart and mind. i've been wanting a way to be involved with a ministry or organization to help empower women to a better life and renewed dignity. i happen to know the executive director for the international princess project and as of yesterday, i now carry punjammies in my store, amandromeda!!! i am so excited to be a place where local people can come and see the product in person and purchase the pjs, and hopefully learn more about the sex trade as a result. i hosted an event for IPP back in november, and had an amazing response. i hope to do more of that in the future. 100% of my sales will go back to IPP, i won't make anything off of it. that's not something i'm interested in. i just want to further the ministry and the message that forced prostitution is a horrible wrong and anything we can do to help, large or small, is a good thing :)

You are literally one of my favourite people... for a plethora of reasons. Punjammies, breast nuzzles, the right words you say, faith, freckles... a random list, yes but 100% true.

What a great organization to support. So nice of you to sell their items in your store. Directly helping those women financially and informing others of the issue!
