it's been pretty rainy today. which i'm told is fantastic because apparently we really needed the rain since it's been so hot and dry lately. i don't know, seems kinda lame to me. but, in my mind, rain equals cold. so i dressed as if it were fall already. i've been wanting a black and white striped shirt and colored jeans and penny loafers for a while now. i hit like the thrifting jackpot the other day and got all three. i am a lucky gal.
and yesterday, a very sweet local reader stopped me on my commute from the shop to my house and told me she thinks i'm adorable. totally made my day :)
