justification

5.23
i love how brazen i've become with my picture taking. like this for instance, it's some old building that has been turned into apartments. i frequent this place because i like the neutral background and the brick that shows through the stucco in places. it just has a neat patina. but still, it's someone else's house! i just walk right up, do my thing and leave. i don't think i'm technically trespassing since it's right off the sidewalk. it is kinda weird though. i imagine the residents peering through their windows wondering what the heck i'm doing. in my mind, i just think, 'dude i have a blog.' that seems to justify things. and i'm good with that.
and DO NOT FORGET, the shabby apple giveaway!!! you have two more days to enter! i'm picking the winner on thursday :)

Cute story! I only started doing this 'photo blogging' thing a couple months ago. And yesterday for the first time when someone walked past I kept posing instead of running over to my camera to check the settings/pretend I am wildlife photographing. (Maybe one day I'll be as bold & carefree as you ;)
Love your patterned shorts!

How funny would it be if you got someone looking out their window in one of your pictures?! LOL! Love that Moscow Olympics bag!

okay, firstly, i don't think your outfit could be any more perfect. that skirt is amazing with the layered chambray/sweater combination. and i love your watch! methinks you have amazing style.

also, i've also started just blatantly setting up my tripod in the middle of someone else's road... the same guy in his gold subaru drives through at least once a week and gives me funny looks :) we all need to stand strong and brave together, and maybe someday it won't be such a gaping-jaw sight for these people to see!

you're so daring! i'm cool with doing stuff like that, too, but eric always gets so uncomfortable that it's not worth it in the end.

Lookatcha, you CUTE thing! Even if you are a brazen trespasser, I think you're pretty adorable in your floral shorts and sweatshirt. I wish you'd come sneak onto my steps! :)

Yeah, I've gotten kind of ballsy with my photo ops, too, though I don't know that I've posed on someone else's porch. :)

Also, I LOVE this outfit. Casual, sweet perfection.
