bright pink is typically not a color i wear, but that didn't stop me from falling in love with this pleated maxi skirt. this was another find from the estate of a friend's grandma. it was so fun walking around in this skirt, feeling the fabric swish against my legs. i had to do some walking pics to show the movement. so very fun!
and it wasn't until i visited ms morgan's blog to read her latest post last night that i realized i basically ripped off one of her outfits (and lighting and location). so thanks morgan for the inspiration :)

yeah, I can't see you as the bright pink type but it looks lovely on you and I love maxi skirts so much. so flowy and fun!!! That's kind acute that you have things that are similar to a blogger you like.

As soon as I saw the long pink skirt I thought, "Did I click on the wrong blog in my RSS reader?" This is not something that we get to see you wear in many blog posts, but I think that makes me love it even more! You look REALLY super cute and it is always fun to mix up what is considered "normal" for our daily outfits. I love that you can pull of tom boy style and long flowy skirts, you're pretty much fab.

This does remind me of Morgan's post, but with a totally Amanda-ful vibe. I adore it. The photos are just gorgeous!

This is one of my favorite looks of yours, ever. It's so floaty and dramatic...but casual. If that makes any sense. The location/lighting is great too. If you ever wanna get rid of that skirt....I mean...you have my e-mail address ;)
